The iPod Classic was a giant milestone in the realm of technology and was an innovation that would go on to change the world as we knew it, forever.

The iPod Classic (120B) was an audio-visual device or a portable music player that was created by Apple Inc. which is located in Cupertino, California. The iPod Classic (120GB) was the sixth generation of the iPod Classic that was released on September 9th, 2008. Although the 6th generation iPod classic was already released on September 5th, 2007 the 120GB version was released a year later to merge the 80GB and 160GB iPods into one. 1 . This iPod would retail at 249 U.S. dollars and was the first iPod to include genius and audio recordings which later on became prevalent in newer iPods. The sixth generation iPod Classic also became the last iPod to feature the 30 pin dock connector and the click wheel. 2 . The iPod Classic (120GB) had added a new feature with a front plate which was made of anodized aluminum rather than plastic. This 120 GB device could hold up to 30,000 songs compared to 1,000 on the first model and could also hold 150 hours of video. With the new anodized aluminum it was available in black or silver instead of white. The iPod classic was officially discontinued on September 9th, 2014 after sales began to drop and much better Apple products such as the iPhone were released. 3 . The iPod Classic ended up being a revolutionary product in the realm of technology and the 120GB was the 2nd to last iPod Classic created before being discontinued.
